Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia. We currently deliver orders Australia-wide including NSW, QLD, ACT, WA, VIC, SA and TAS. Shipment of orders will generally take up to 48 hours to process, with delivery between 1-4 business days for most states (excluding Perth which may take up to 8 business days for delivery). Please note there may be slight delay with order deliveries due to the impact of COVID-19.
In regional and rural areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may take longer.

JWN Shop exclusively offers FREE and TRACKED shipping for orders starting from $129 and above Australia-wide*
For any orders shipping to NSW (excluding outer, regional and rural areas) that are less than the total order amount noted above, a flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 will automatically apply to your cart.
For any orders shipping to QLD, WA, VIC, SA, ACT, TAS and Regional NSW (all excluding rural suburbs), shipping rates start from $7.95. Please note the shipping charges incurred are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your shipping location. Bulky Items
Please note the maximum weight and/or size per order is 25kg and/or 25m3.
If your order contains items which are very heavy or considered bulky and exceeds the above weight and/or measurements, we reserve the right to charge for additional freight costs.
Please note for selected items, we allow a maximum quantity to be purchased through our checkout system to avoid excessive charges caused by heavy, bulky and over-sized orders. If you require further assistance with placing an order of this nature, please email us at info@jwnshop.com.au
Rural Delivery
If you wish to deliver your order to a rural suburb which is excluded from the above suburbs and rates, please email us with your order at info@jwnshop.com.au so we can further assist you. As shipping rates vary depending on the postcode/suburb and the total quantity and size of your order, these fees must be calculated and quoted to you prior to processing.
Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred from a refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
PO BOX/Parcel Lockers
Our standard carrier do not deliver to PO Box or Parcel Locker delivery addresses. If you would like your order to be delivered to these postal addresses, please contact us prior to making your order and we will be in touch. Please note, this method of delivery will incur additional charges due to postage processing with Australia Post.
